Our priority at Twisted M is to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. Should you need to return an item you will be given store credit or you may exchange. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We will need photos to approve the return. All tags must be in tact and the item should be in the same condition as when it left our store. The customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to the stores fault. No sale, clearance, destash or discounted items can be returned. The only exception to this policy is during the holidays. We understand that gifts may not be given until 12/25. Therefore, you will have 7 days after 12/25 to contact us to initiate a return.
