Twisted M strives to ship products same day if purchased before 5PM and during business hours. Shipping is a flat rate. If you need something shipped quickly, such as, 2-3 day or overnight please reach out at info@twistedmapparel.com and we will help you any way possible. Local pick up is also an option at check out. Due to the nature of being a small business, Twisted M Apparel, LLC only processes refunds in the event that there is a factory defect. And that will be at the discretion of the store owner, as we inspect every item closely as it is put out on the sales floor and prior to shipping. If you would like to return something, you can return for an even exchange (if the item is available) or you will receive store credit. It must be within 10 days of purchase, all tags in tact, have the original receipt and be in the same condition it was when it left the store. Customer will responsible for return shipping.
